Applebee’s on Winton closes

An Applebee’s restaurant has closed. The Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill and Bar at 3020 S. Winton Method closed at the end of December, company officials confirmed. “It was a corporate resolve,” an Applebee’s spokesman said.

Applebee’s, which offers American-vogue cuisine in a casual setting, has nine restaurants in the Rochester bailiwick. The chain, which has more than 500 company-owned and franchised restaurants, closed more than 20 house-owned outlets in 2007.

Dengler's studio comes equipped with a keyboard, drum kit, digital recording software, and microphones to lay vocals on.

"Whoever wants to can move and try out: old, young, guy, girl. I'm not prejudiced. Anyone who wants to freestyle can," Dengler said.

Tevin Cotton is a classic. He said the practise has helped to sharpen his tongue and his take offence at.

"It helps get your creativity to the top of your mind," he said. "If you had a bad day, you come to a freestyle and it's a air-hole, it's better than paying for therapy."
