“All of Golden Records features work well and are balanced,” said Michael Siegle, a musician and enterprise owner who uses the software with his Technics 1200 and portable Vestax turntable. “I tried Adobe Audition and didn’t like it for recording records.”

Siegle cited Shining Records ease of use and stability as key features, but also likes the flat of customer service available at NCH. “It was easy to get up and constant, but when I wanted to know about other products, someone picked up the phone and talked to me.”
