I a moment ago bought a Bugera 6262 combo from Guitar Center a few days ago along with their 2 year Pro Promise coverage. The speakers suck but I don't want to change them if it voids the assurance.
Changing speakers *shouldn't* void your covenant as long as the impedance (ohms) is the same as the originals. Read the terms of the agreement carefully and call the store if you have any questions.

So draw back one of the pairs (two interior OR the two outer tubes) and you'd have it .. unless Bugera did something eccentric (always a likelihood). Try it and see how it sounds. That should give you a inkling.. Switching in some EL34s for any of the tubes has its own likely issues. It's not good a incline controversy (although that is certainly part of it). There are impedance issues (your OT is optimized for 6L6 and will do less well with EL34s) profit the heater prevalent for EL34s is about twice the 6L6s so you can run into serious fill issues and fry something if the amp was borderline to upon with.
