Pretty Lake Developmental Learning Programs fundraiser

KINGSTON – The support annual fundraiser for Silver Lake Developmental Erudition Programs will be held from 7 to 11 p.m. Friday, March 26, at the Knights of Columbus, 91 South St., Kingston. The aid is hosted by Halifax residents Mike and Linda Gioscia, whose son, Ethan, attends kindergarten at the Kingston Elemental School, and is a graduate of the Integrated Preschool Program.

Last year’s fundraiser purchased interaction enhancement materials for the developmental classes with a portion of the proceeds, and a storytelling program for all the preschool classes in Cortege.

The fundraiser will feature entertainment from the Halifax band Pretending (Pretenders Tariff Band, www.myspace.com/pretendingmusic), DJ Pat (WBIM, Bridgewater Claim College), silent auction, raffles, food, dough bar, hosted by Mike Gioscia (WFNX, Lansdowne Lane DJ).
