Some people fail to exploit parties on New Year’s Eve, Halloween, the Fourth of July or Christmastime. My big day is always Wonderful Bowl Sunday, when hunting, fishing and sports buddies gather at my house. Like other holidays, the kitchen is center manoeuvre.
