A baseball team can have 8 indifferent players but if they have a dominant pitcher they will triumph more often than not. The best wrestler in the fatherland can never do more than earn 6 points for his team.

Like other sports it’s often very manifest that the standouts will have their typical success. What’s different about wrestling is that a duo’s success most often hinges on what its less distinguished wrestlers can accomplish.

On Saturday January 30, 2010, the Governor Livingston Highlander wrestling side defeated St. Peter’s Prep of Jersey City. With a 12-1 journal that included wins over some of the best programs in the state, St. Peter’s was ranked 17th in the Prominent Ledger NJ state wrestling poll.
